DIATHERMIC OIL SALE

Oil service has made a choice: thanks to its 30 years of experience in the diathermic oil sector, it now supplies all the oils present on the national and international market.
Oil service will sell the products of the most prestigious brands of diathermic oil on the market: we thus guarantee maximum transparency and quality.

International oils, such as our HFT1, are then distributed under the international brand, without the local distribution and brand. So for all satisfied customers of the Unichem line, only the label will change, but not the product.
The goal is to simplify the distribution chain to ensure faster and cheaper supplies to the customer, as well as greater choice.

Oil Service will be able to provide:

  • Mineral diathermic oils: group 1 and group 2
  • Synthetic diathermic oils: alkibenzenes – hydrogenated terphenyls – butyl-phenols.
  • Food grade diathermic oils: food grade nsf 1 – food grade MOAH

THE FUTURE IS TODAY

It is not certain that if the plant has been running for 30 years with an oil, then it is necessary to continue to use the same, a solution now outdated by modern technologies.

The choice is therefore not simply linked to the old saying “we have always done this”, but on the contrary, often changing the type of oil can have a positive effect on the circuit by improving, for example, the cleaning power on the sludges inside the pipes and the thermal efficiency of the fluid, as well as lower toxicity and increase the flash point by exceeding the operating temperature.
