SPECIAL ADDITIVES

ADDITIVE ANTICOKE 1

It is an additive that allows the dissolution and elimination of sludges or carbon residues inside the diathermic system.

In the diathermic oil systems that have been operating for several years, but it also happens in very recent ones, it is easy for deposits to form in the smaller pipes (tube bundles, boiler) due to carbon residues that are created by the oils during their operation, which hinder the correct circulation of the fluid. There will therefore be a considerable increase in system’s management costs, since a greater use of energy is required to reach the working temperature: just think of the amount of heat needed to warm the water with a clean coil and then with one full of encrustations.

This special additive dissolves the impurities attached to the pipes; it can be mixed with any diathermic fluid before a replacement to clean the entire circuit, or it can be inserted into operating fluids as a preventive wash to dissolve the sludges that can damage the mechanical seals of the circulation pumps.

ADDITIVE ANTIOX

This additive is used to stop the oxidation progress of the diathermic fluid.

Diathermic oil, during normal operation in a circuit not pressurized with nitrogen, tends to oxidize. If the expansion tank shows temperature above 60°C, the oil will be heavily thickened and significant carbon deposits will be created.

With our specific product CLEANER ANTIOX the oxidation of the product is stopped and stabilized over time by preventing the creation of sludges that could deposit on the boiler and system pipes.

This special additive was formulated to prevent the acidity of the oil and it can be inserted into the hydraulic and diathermic fluids where the contact with the air causes the exponential oil degradation.

It is used in diathermic circuits with an open expansion tank, it extends the life of the fluid and keeps low the product oxidation.
