SYSTEM INTERVENTIONS

Oil Service, through its interventions, is able to start both new and old hydraulic oil systems, it manages systems and fluids by preventing system downtime or malfunctions, it restores the efficiency and safety conditions of fluids and systems, it extends the life of the fluid and of the system by avoiding the substitution, it reduces the management and the routine maintenance operations costs.

PLANT START UP SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations aimed to start the system for the first time. It allows to reach the correct level of oil detergency (NAS, ISO) responsible for the correct functioning of the circuit by eliminating any impurities or contaminants (particles, metal wastes, sludges, residues, etc.) formed inside the system during the placement.

PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for hydraulic and lubrication systems and circuits (control units, turbines, presses, servo valves, etc.) with a low contamination level. It allows to have, in a single step, the filtration degree of the fluid required for the correct working conditions of the system and to eliminate the contaminants.

OLD PLANT CLEANING SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for hydraulic and lubrication systems and circuits (control units, turbines, presses, servo valves, etc.) with a high contamination level. It allows to restore and keep the fluid clean through a more detailed and targeted action by operating even on the collection tanks, removing sludges, metal scraps, dirt, water and/or other contaminants that can cause a reduction of the efficiency of the system as well as breakages, malfunctions and/or excessive wear of system parts causing increased maintenance and replacements.

OIL CLEANING SYSTEM – TANK

System made of different operations formulated for used or contaminated hydraulic or lubricating oil contained in storage tanks, cisterns and barrels. It allows the elimination of contaminants (sludges, ferrous residues, other contaminants, etc.) from the fluid and its circuit reuse avoiding its disposal.

EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL

System made of different operations formulated for circuits and lubrication systems contaminated by humidity or water. It allows to restore the system working conditions, the efficiency and the fluid performance in relation to its use in the system, avoiding damage (breakages, system breakdowns, production stops, etc.) or malfunctions.

EMERGENCY WATER REMOVAL – TANKS

System made of different operations formulated for storage tanks, cisterns and barrels contaminated by water. It allows to restore the original conditions of the hydraulic fluid or lubricant stored.

BIG PLANT OIL CLEANING SYSTEM

Intervention consisting of different operations formulated for hydraulic and lubrication systems and circuits (control units, turbines, presses, servo valves, etc.) working with an oil quantity of more than 15.000 litres. It allows the fluid to be kept clean with the correct detergent specifications by removing sludges, metal wastes, dirt and / or other contaminants that can cause a system efficiency reduction.

OIL MAINTENANCE

Continual control and monitoring plan of the system, of the circuit and of the fluid. It is made of different operations and it allows to perform preventive maintenances, allowing the reduction of the costs, the reduction of system downtimes, the reduction of maintenance interventions both regular and extra ones. It allows to evaluate the correct fluid detergency level.
